Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to bookings made directly with Seven Pillars, No. 39 Lighthouse Street, Galle Fort 80000 (“we”, “us”). By making a booking you agree to them.
1. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we send a written confirmation. The rate plan, total price and payment instructions are shown in your confirmation. Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer to the account given in your confirmation. Where card payment is offered, it is processed securely through PayHere, and we do not see or store your card details.
2. Prices
Rates are provided on request and confirmed in writing before you book. Prices are for the room or entire villa as selected.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy and the rate plan selected at booking. Refunds are made only to the original payment method: bank transfers are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment was sent from, and card payments are refunded to the same card.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:30 to 20:00 and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00. Someone from our team will meet you at the property. Please tell us in advance if you will arrive outside these hours.
5. Guest details
Guests must provide their address and a phone number when booking. Children aged 2 years and over are welcome. We are unable to accommodate infants under 2, as the villa does not have cots or baby equipment. There is no curfew.
6. Damage
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. If damage occurs, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
7. House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 06:00.
8. Long stays
Stays of more than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 90 nights, are accepted on request.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care of our guests and their belongings but are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items, or for events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are also not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your stay, and we make no warranties about the website's content beyond what is stated in your booking confirmation.
10. Lawful use
You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
11. Accuracy of information
We try to keep descriptions, photos and rates on our website accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are complete. Rates may change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing. Promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and may carry additional conditions.
12. Right to refuse or cancel
We may refuse or cancel a booking because of availability, errors in pricing or information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a booking, any amount paid for it is refunded in full to the original payment method.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Seven Pillars or its licensors. You may not use, copy, distribute or modify it without our prior written consent.
14. Amendments and termination
We may modify, update or end these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them from time to time. The version on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
